Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30 days return policy! We accept returns on all non customised products within a period of 30 days. The products must be in a “re-sellable” condition with all original tags and branded packaging.
To initiate a return please send an email to [email protected] for our customer service team to send you return instructions for your order.
The return must be received by our office at our returns address within 30 days of your original order being delivered.
Any shipping costs incurred returning the parcel are at your own expense.
Refunds & Exchange Credit
Returns are available for exchange into store credit or cash refund via your payment card. Store credit can be used on any item in store, this includes size exchange. The store credit or cash refund value is only applicable to the value of the product and not for shipping fees.
Cash refunds are also applicable for defective items, if a defective item is received please send an email containing images of your defective product to our support team with in 30 days of receipt of items.
In both cases your product should be posted to our returns office for full inspection.
Once the full inspection of your item has been carried out, an email confirming the status of your return will be generated.
Once a confirmation email of the status of your return has been generated all store credit issues will be sent via email & all refunds will be processed back to the payment card used at purchase and will be initiated within 5 days.
Product Returns
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs & arranging the shipment.
